In a move to bolster community development and enhance living conditions in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan officially inaugurated the Al Samha Housing Project. Valued at Dh738 million, this ambitious residential initiative spans 50 hectares and is tailored to elevate the living standards for its residents.
The project is composed of 242 villas and is enriched with 33 public parks and green spaces, providing ample recreational areas for the community. It also includes a mosque capable of accommodating 644 worshippers, two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track. These features are designed to offer a holistic living experience, blending modern lifestyle conveniences with community-focused amenities.
The Al Samha Housing Project underscores the UAE’s dedication to developing integrated residential communities that foster family stability and improve the quality of life for its citizens. This development aligns with the Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, which aims to cater to the needs of Emirati families by providing spacious housing and a variety of community facilities and recreational options.
Officials have highlighted the project as a pivotal advancement in expanding modern housing solutions while supporting sustainable urban development within the emirate. By emphasizing family-centric and environmentally friendly community planning, the initiative seeks to ensure a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle for its residents, reflecting the broader goals of Abu Dhabi’s urban development strategy.
